Green Giant Mural by Blu on the Streets of Naples

Blu painted a prisoner on a wall in Naples. The figure is green, enormous, and fills the side of a corner building. Its eyes are white and blank, and its mouth is wide open around a balcony.

The prisoner wears a black-and-white striped uniform and pulls at the collar with both hands, as if tearing free. The number 1312 is painted across the chest. A second view shows the same wall from the street, past a bus stop sign.

The mural covers the entire wall and uses the building’s own edges. It is not a framed picture; it is the building.
