Malika Favre

Malika Favre has worked for Vogue, Penguin and The New Yorker. Her eye comes from graphic design as much as from illustration: flat shapes, hard edges, three or four colours and no wasted line.

Two pictures show the range. In one, a masked figure in blue, white and red holds a gold chain and pendant against black. In the other, a woman in dark glasses leans on a white ledge with a drink, red stripes below her and black shapes across a blue ground.
