Bocas Sucias

“Thousand posters / Thousand interpretations.” Expressions carry meaning from the context they land in. The people who say them and the people who receive them own the intention and the reading.

Bocas Sucias made a series of posters using expressions taken from the street, then released them to people across different sectors of society. The street supplied the language. The audience supplies the meaning.

The project is documented at bocassucias.tumblr.com.
