burkhardthauke

burkhardthauke is the German studio of Ralph Burkhardt and Daniel Hauke, and this poster breaks a title apart. Flat cyan, red and white forms overlap on white, thick black outlines around every shape and halftone dots screening the red.

Large white letters sit cut inside the colour, so no word lands whole. The date 19.10.–23.11.2012 and the word KUNSTHALLE are the only text that reads cleanly.
