This is a small interactive study, and the rule is the whole piece: the amplitude and frequency of the line are governed by the mouse’s x and y position, so the image is never the same twice.
It is the most interesting kind of drawing system — one where the viewer is doing the drawing and the artist has only supplied the constraints.
