Stahl R sets a Feininger quote in lowercase blue type across a red-and-blue duotone photograph of figures on a staircase. kunst ist nicht luxus, sondern notwendigkeit runs four lines deep, breaking over the image, with a bauhaus 2019 mark dropped into the top corner.

FOLK DAYS works the other way: copper outlines on white, an O spiralling into a ring, letters cut with diagonal strokes, the folkdays.com address set vertically down the right edge. Stahl R is a Berlin studio founded by Tobias Röttger and Susanne Stahl.
