Fort Point Beer Company by Manual

Fort Point Beer Company occupies a former Army motor pool in the Presidio, close to the Golden Gate Bridge. Manual’s identity takes the building and the bay and turns them into a modular system, one drawing per can.

Four cans stand in a row on a mirrored surface. The black one carries a mission church in gold line; the pale one a domed block in blue; the navy one vertical bridge towers in teal; the sage one a windmill and wheat in green. Every can is ruled into a grid, and every one carries the same arched Fort Point Beer Co. logotype.
