Hack: an open-source typeface designed for source code
Hack is a typeface built for source code. It is free and open-source, and more than 60 contributors worked on it.
The first specimen sets a large capital beside its lowercase, then runs the full set underneath: capitals, lowercase, numerals, and a line of brackets, braces and operator marks. Black on grey, inside a yellow border.
The second sheet sets one specimen word four times, roman through bold italic, with an umlaut and a run of numerals beside each cut. Multilingual coverage is the claim, and here it is in the drawing.
